This coffee comes from Maria and Javier Botto in the Metapan region of El Salvador. I had the rare opportunity to cup on their farm in their rustic cabin in February 2011. While there I tried one of the most amazing lots of coffee and snatched it up immediately. A few months later I got the news that Nombre de Dios had placed 11th in the 2011 El Salvador Cup of Excellence.
