Rich, Syrupy, Sweet and Chocolate. Tons of Crema. Great as a straight, yet cuts wonderfully in milk. Used to WIN the US Barista Championships, 2003. Our five bean blend of renown Indonesian and American coffees. Very balanced with a wide window for every barista. Prepare with 20 g double, 200 degrees, 1 oz each shot, 25 seconds.
