The El Quiche region of northern Guatemala is not as well known for producing quality coffees, but La Perla, a former Cup of Excellence finalist, shines with any of its famous neighbors. Intense citrus flavors gently compliment honey and milk chocolate overtones. This is a deeply complex coffee, long in the finish, which only intensifies as it cools. Sip slowly and patiently to experience its best qualities.
