Notes of tropical fruit (pineapple, papaya) with the sweetness of a graham cracker pie crust. This smooth and balanced coffee hails from a cooperative in the Juncalito growing region. After cupping this coffee we decided it put it through its paces as a possible contender in our informal Single-Origin Espresso program. After much experimentation and a slight adjustment to the roast profile we hit a sweet spot with this coffee. It should please both the cappuccino sipper and adventurous straight shot purist.
