rs seem to express themselves best at a lighter dose. The intensity softened, and aromatic complexity deepened to produce a perfectly balanced straight shot. The aromatic-tones round and sweeten with the addition of milk. With a family history in Panama dating back to the 1890s, the Suarez family has been growing coffee in Boquete since the 1920s. Brothers Norberto, Domingo and Carlos Ivan Suarez manage a collection of farms that include La Gloria. Together these farms are referred to as Baru Indian High and total over 650 acres of prime Boquete coffee growing country. The brothers share a love for coffee and the business that was passed on to them from their parents and grand parents. La Gloria farm, established by the Suarez family in 1985, is located in Horqueta in the north western part of the famous Boquete growing region. The farm is planted primarily with Typica variety coffee with smaller percentages of Catuai and Caturra.
