, a compact growing selection of heirloom variety Bourbon. As a result of this parentage, Pacamara is rather small in stature but makes up for it by producing enormous beans. Although Los Pirineos specializes in the Bourbon variety, Pacamara makes up about 10% of the farm’s output. The farm regularly places in the annual El Salvador Cup of Excellence competition, including a fifth place award in 2012 for its Pacamara coffee! Cupping Notes A juicy, fruit-toned cup, highlighting notes of pineapple, pomegranate and cherry with a hint of lavender. Deep caramel and malt linger in the long sweet finish.
