This coffee is beautifully nuanced, crisp brightness with hints of honeysuckle and caramel, medium to light body and excellent balance. Part of the Trapichitos project with the Agros Foundation. DOMA had the coffee from one village (Sumalito) separated out and bought the whole crop.
