This particular lot is washed with a Kenyan style method: twice the length of traditional fermentation time with a good rinse with clean water half way through. It’s an experiment to see how the cup is affected in a coffee we already know and love. Fun! This farm is owned by Ricardo Augspurg, a fourth generation producer. Tablon Miramar is a specific area of about 5 hectares planted mostly with orange bourbon.
