Wild and Woolly Espresso

We have named our new espresso blend Wild and Woolly because of its uncultured and lawless roots. This is a departure from our more reserved previous blend. Here we have a super rich, buttery, fruit-forward espresso that finishes with cocoa and caramel and a touch of earthiness. We recommend, extraction starting around 10 seconds with a total of 22-24 seconds for a 3/4 oz shot.
