Raul's farm is in Puno, the far reaches of Peru that borders Bolivia. His coffee grows under a natural shade canopy at about 2000 meters. As with most of the farms around his, Raul's farm is tiny, about 1.5 hectares and he does most of the processing himself with hand- cranked de-pulpers. This is a nice, sweet, and balanced cup. Dark fruit, and cacao with perhaps some dark chocolate.
