The farm El Matazano is located in the El Matazano community in the municipality of Santiago de Puringla in the Department of La Paz. At about 1450 meters above sea level the farm is located 80 km from the city of La Paz. This farm is managed through an agroforestry system using shade with little use of agrochemicals and focused in the soil and water conservation. It also has a protected forest area with timber and fruit trees. A wonderful, complex cup: Honey, wine, berries, raisin, chocolate, red apple.
