t Alliance Certified. Okay, we changed things up a bit. During this auction, we also bought one tiny lot of Maragogype. This is a BRCR exclusive for the U.S. We were going to save this one for the holidays but we just realized the the holiday season is actually upon us. Where did the year go? Anyway, the Maragogype is a relative of the Pacamara. While the Maragogype lacks the intensity of the Paca, we gain a bit of body and sweetness in the cup. This one is more molasses and rum-like in character. Brown sugar, caramel... Now, the tricky part: We will not be offering these coffees at the same time so, while supplies last, we will be alternating roasts for these varietals. When you place an order for this product, you will get the varietal that we roasted that week. Both will be sold in 8oz packages. If you have a preference for one varietal over the other, just let us know and we will hold off on processing your order until we roast it. Roast Schedule: 2/23
