The last lot of the year from El Injerto in Guatemala. Over the last several years, and after winning several Cup of Excellence competitions, El Injerto as build a reputation as one of the finest coffee farms in the world. We have had a nice direct trade relationship with El Injerto for a couple years now. We bought this lot via their now annual auction. Perfectly prepped at origin, a very balanced, transparent coffee. Sweet, complex, wine-like acidity.
