French Roast

This 100% organic french roast is a blend of coffee from farms around the Loja area in Ecuador. This coffee is not a typical over-roasted french. In fact, we were a little gentle with this one yet still took the bean into the second crack. Full-bodied, dark chocolate, a tad smokey, but still clean in the finish.
