A later arrival for us but once we cupped it, we could not pass it up -- in very limited supply. Miguel Agular's farm is located in El Tunel, Cjalatenango at 1250 meters. This coffee is a naturally, or dry processed, coffee which gives the coffee a sweeter, fruitier flavor profile. For this coffee, hard-candy sweetness carries through the entire drinking experience. Orange zest, strawberries, creamy, clean.
