Twenty-three small organic farms from Las Aradas, in Loja, contributed to this blend. Grown at between 1500-1900 meters, this coffee demonstrates the potential for specialty coffee in Ecuador. We have now bought coffee from Ecuador for last three years and we are thrilled to see quality improve year after year. The coffee is bright and sweet with a bit of dried peach and hazelnut in the finish.
