Colombia Microlot- Jose Eduardo Alcaraz Finca El Crucero

Finca El Crucero is a favorite of ours in Huila but Eduardo’s crop has suffered the last couple seasons with the leaf rust problem that as affected so many Colombian farms lately. We are happy to report that with this lot, he got back to the quality we were hoping for and we jumped at the chance to buy it. Very crisp, well balanced with cocoa in the finish.
