Daterra Farm Reserve Espresso

This unique Northern Italian style blend of various Arabica cultivars from Daterra farm in Brazil yields rich aromatics and flavor notes of sweet almond and chocolate with subtle tones of citrus fruits. With this coffee, it is important to have a very good machine with good temperature control or PID to get desired results. Recommended for straight shots and very short milk drinks. In our cafes we dose rather heavy 18 gram double shots for 1.75-2 oz at a brew temp of 203 Fahrenheit.
