Kochere is a classic Yirgacheffe and is passed to us through more friendships with families at origin in Ethiopia. It brings to the cup beautifully floral aromas, flavors of Neapolitan ice cream, and a natural gentle sweetness that combines with a creamy quality which envelopes and entices you to beg for more. This coffee originates from one of the districts in the Borena zone. It is found 25 miles south west of Yirgacheffe town, located north of Amaro Gayo and Fisahagentet.
