Named for our hero Aldo Leopold, this is our House dark roast blend. For our loyal supporters who love our company but are nostalgic for taste notes reminiscent of Catfish Hunter or Charlie Parker: dark, oily, stanky, musty, full-bodied, peppery, meaty, and seasoned. This is a blend of two of our seasonal single origins. If you like full-bodied coffee, this is the choice for you.
