What can I say? 5-stars. I have fallen in love with Costa Rican coffee since taking
a trip there in 2008. This Klatch Costa Rica La Minita is now one of our
favorites! Not too light, not too dark, just perfect. The floral, cherry, nuts and
sweet molasses notes take me back to beautiful Central America. There's nothing
like a cup of this coffee after a trip to Dog Beach with my dog, Fritz. I am working
my way through the different roasters on the site and every coffee is an
adventure. Everything I have tried has been great. Even though this special
coffee only
roasts on Monday's, we thought it was worth the wait. I'll be ordering again!
