This is the one of the best French Roasts I've ever had. And I try them all. It's my thing. Dark Roasts. I work at one of the top restaurants in LA as a Sous Chef and this coffee totally blows away the coffee we serve. It's super rich with a smooth, smoky molasses finish. Just like excellent wine pairings lead off and compliment incredible food, this coffee would pair incredibly well with chocolate driven desserts. It's the perfect way to finish off a great meal.
