I am very particular about my coffee. I experienced my first cup of Costa Rica Cerro Del Fuego one morning after a restless night. From the first sip I knew I was going to have a good day despite my previous night. I gave my husband his first cup in bed and he commented that the cup of coffee tasted like we grew, dried and roasted the beans on our farm. It was that fresh and satisfying. This coffee was exquisite / smooth with a richness that was just right for a morning cup of joe.
Costa Rican happens to be one of my favorite beans. It has the richness and fullness of a dark roast but it is a medium roast. If you want a robust cup that isn't a dark roast, this is it. I feel like I'm on a tropical island watching the sun rise!!!!
