I first tasted this espresso bean in 2014 at Trabant in
Seattle and was hooked. I've been buying it ever
since. The flavor is marvelous, especially the caramel
aspect. I use this bean medium grind in a couple of
Italian stovetop moka pots to make breakfast coffee
on weekends. It's just about the best coffee I've ever
had. In fact, it is the best. So, I'm a Red Bear junkie.
