I made a batch of the La Libertad, Ecuador this
afternoon out of my chemex and I was simply
amazed. This had hints of dried fruit and apple with a
slightly creamy chocolate finish. It has a balanced
body with a mild acidity that sweet finish I think I'm
going to make some more as soon as humanly
possible. This is a coffee for a beginner to try who
doesn't think its possible to truly enjoy a cup coffee
black. I think this will change their mind.
